WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Every Jānis.lv pedal is built and tested by me and comes with a lifetime warranty.

If your pedal develops a fault caused by defective components or workmanship under normal use, I will repair it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, damage caused by an incorrect power supply or voltage, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

For warranty repairs, the owner is responsible for shipping the pedal to Jānis.lv in Latvia. I will cover the cost of shipping the repaired pedal back to you.

If you ever have a problem with your pedal, contact me directly and I’ll do my best to get it working again.
